  • Speaker I : Prof. J. Hu, Incheon National University, South Korea
  • Biography
  • Prof. J. Hu received his MS degrees from (1) G.W.W. School of Mechanical Engineering and (2) School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, respectively, in Georgia Institute of Technology. He then received his Ph.D. degree from School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Hu has been Post-Doctorate Research Fellow at Structural, Mechanics, and Material Research Group in Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Hu also worked as an Associate Research Fellow at the Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) and an Assistant Administrator at the National S&T Council (NSTC) for two years. He is currently a Professor in the University of Incheon. He has been active in the member of ASME and ASCE. His research interests are in the area of computational solid mechanics, composite materials, and plasticity modeling.
  • Speaker Ⅱ : Prof. M. Kaloop, Mansoura University, Egypt
  • Biography
  • Prof. M. Kaloop, PhD, MsC, BsC, is a senior structure and civil engineering. He is an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering, Mansoura University, since 2010. His principal research interests are in sensor fusion and signal processing for structures health monitoring and geodetic positioning, surveying engineering and structural deformation monitoring, analysis and material engineering. He has published more than 50 papers mainly for the Civil and Structural health monitoring and serves as a reviewer in more than 8 scientific journals and evaluator for ER Africa funded researcher. Further he is well versed many engineering software’s. Now, he is a researcher on Incheon Disaster Prevention Research Center on South Korea.
  • Speaker Ⅲ : Prof. I. Mansouri, Birjand University, Iran
  • Biography
  • I. Mansouri received his Ph.D. degree from Department of Civil Engineering in Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman. Currently, he has been an Assistant Professor at Department of Civil Engineering, Birjand University of Technology. His research interests are in the area of nonlinear structural analysis, earthquake engineering, material engineering, seismic retrofitting, performance-based design and soft computing methods.
